The Asia Nonwovens Technology Expo (ANTEX Asia 2025) will take place from 29–31 October 2025 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Thailand. Backed by the Thailand Textile Institute (THTI) and the Thai Nonwoven Fabrics Industry Trade Association (TNFA), the event comes at a time of accelerated growth in Southeast Asia’s nonwovens industry, fueled by rising demand across sectors such as healthcare, automotive, construction, and sustainable packaging.
The global nonwovens market is forecasted to grow from US$62 billion in 2025 to US$104.5 billion by 2033. Southeast Asia is emerging as a strategic hub, especially in healthcare and hygiene products, with the regional medical tourism boom and improved hygiene standards driving adoption of disposable nonwovens. Meanwhile, emerging sectors like agriculture and public security are opening new application frontiers.
ANTEX Asia 2025 will highlight three strategic pillars:
-
Sustainable Solutions: Featuring eco-friendly materials and technologies that align with industry-wide sustainability goals, particularly in hygiene and medical disposables.
-
Strategic Networking: A dedicated business matching program will connect exhibitors with qualified buyers, fostering collaborations across the ASEAN nonwovens supply chain.
-
Market Insights: The ANTEX Asia Nonwovens Conference 2025 will run alongside the expo, offering keynotes and panel discussions on market trends, innovations, and Southeast Asia’s role in global industry growth.
The 2024 edition drew attendees from 29 countries, with notable representation from healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. Companies like Narula Nonwoven reported tangible business leads and market exposure. ANTEX Asia is the only ASEAN-focused exhibition of its kind and benefits from the support of 26 industry organizations.
With 75% of attendees from Thailand and 24% from international markets including China, Japan, and Korea, the Expo offers a valuable gateway to regional and global markets. Exhibitors can also benefit from a broad promotional campaign spanning media, trade associations, and digital outreach.
