Technical & Sales Representative - Water Treatments

NCR Biochemical Group is a leading company in the field of chemical auxiliaries for the water treatment in industry. Professional consulting, application of products and handling of the end customers is an important part of our business model.

We have a subsidiary in Luxembourg and we are searching candidates to add to our Technical-Sale Team. We need people with strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently at the customers sites.

Responsibilities:

-ensure existing business through service and support

- review treatment programs and processes, ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention

- manage chemical inventories which includes ordering products, changing chemical totes, and end of the month chemical consumption reporting

-equipment maintenance. Repair chemical feed controllers and pumps. Job will also include installation of new chemical feed systems

-manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable)

-maintain and build business relationships

-consulting the customers in cooperation with the sales team

-trials supervision, experimental setup

-acquisition of new customers and new projects

-customer relationship management

Requirements:

  • French native language or bilingual
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology; or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in a chemical/technical client focused position, preferably in Water Treatment Industry
  • Delivering results, problem solving and customer focus. Passionate about success and delivering operational excellence, whilst sharing best practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a true service attitude
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent worker
  • Eager to learn and improve
  • Computer skills of Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
  • Experience with Sage Bob50 is a plus
  • Willing to visit to numerous customer sites.
