Technical Leader

About the Role
For our plants in Lucca we are looking for a Technical Leader who will define Maintenance strategies (Predictive, Time Based and Breakdown) and will lead technical teams in building maintenance skills.

What You Will Do

• Define objectives and KPIs for technical group
• Define equipment ranking system criteria with his team and rank all equipments, defining related maintenance strategies, including outsourcing of some activities
• Attends Daily and Weekly gap analysis and lead it to eliminate chronic issues
• Executes yearly performance evaluation deploying work plans for his people
• Keeps maintenance expenses in line with the budget
• Personally, leads the most critical chronic losses elimination using trouble shooting techniques (eg Fishbone analysis, Why-Why, Cause-Effect)
• Supports Planner and Scheduler in implementing the Maintenance Management Information system, Maintenance procedures, Technical Documentation
• Develops predictive maintenance strategies (eg vibration analysis, oil residuals analyses, Thermography etc)
• Develops Time Based Maintenance strategies
• Relates to vendors, contractors to have different and valid options in case of projects, initiatives, retrofit, maintenance
• Supports and implements new projects / initiatives
   

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical)
• At least 4 year of experience in department maintenance applying TPM methodology
• Strong leadership and team working capabilities combined with good communication skills
• Good knowledge of TPM, 5S - Visual Workplace
• Fluent in Italian and English
