RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales Operations Manager for Södra Cell International, you will be optimizing business for Södra Cell´s three pulp mills with an annual combined capacity of 1.9 million tons. You will be responsible for planning production and commodity. Cooperation with our delivery and planning staff is also a feature in this role.
The successful candidate will work with our Key Account Managers, our sales administrators and with Södra Skog. He/she must be able to coordinate teams of people and be at ease making decisions for Södra, sometimes from a distance. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with high analytical skills and business acumen.
An important part of the management at Södra Cell International, the Sales Operations Manager is an action-packed role with the potential to influence and develop the company’s work routines and methods.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with experience of industrial planning, selling and/or controlling, ideally with a degree in engineering or a Master of Science in Business and Economics or the equivalent. Good knowledge of logistics and leadership is desirable, and experience of the forest industry would be an advantage.
The successful candidate is likely to be a results-oriented team player, who will take the initiative and independently seek out and solve challenges. The ideal candidate is flexible, positive and able to analyse even the most unpredictable situations.
An ability to make commercial decisions would be an advantage. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will value striving for continual improvement and will be a person who can create long-term relationships with customers.
The candidate we are looking for is curious and open to working in a variety of environments, with proven communication skills. Since we operate in an international environment, fluency in English and Swedish, both oral and written, is a must.
A full driving license is essential.

Södra is Sweden's largest forest owner association. Our operations range from traditional products such as pulp and wood products, to new exciting areas such as renewable energy, lighter construction materials and dissolving pulp used for clothing. We are not content refining the products we already have, even though our customers have relied on and used them for years - we are constantly looking for new uses for the world's best raw materials.

The role is full time. Located at the head office in Växjö.
